PHOENIX (April 1, 2026) – TYPSA Inc, is pleased to announce that Paige Wolfrom, AICP, RSP1, has joined the firm as Transportation Planning Lead. Paige’s addition reinforces TYPSA’s commitment to delivering forward-thinking, community-focused, and safety-driven transportation solutions across the Southwest and beyond.

Paige Wolfrom – Transportation Planning Lead
Paige Wolfrom brings nine years of transportation planning experience supporting federal, state, local, tribal, and private-sector clients. A certified planner (AICP #33588) and Road Safety Professional Level 1 (RSP1 #1610), Paige is also Complete Streets certified through the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). She holds a Master of Science in Urban and Environmental Planning and a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning.
Throughout her career, Paige has led and supported a wide range of transportation initiatives, including Long-Range Transportation Plans (LRTPs), Transportation Master Plans, Vision Zero and Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Safety Action Plans, corridor studies, multimodal planning efforts, and grant writing for federal and state funding programs.
Paige has supported ADOT’s Multimodal Planning On-Call contracts, assisted with statewide outreach efforts for the ADOT Listening Tour and Transportation Alternatives Program, and contributed to major regional planning efforts for MAG, NACOG, Sun Corridor MPO, and numerous Arizona municipalities. She has also served as Project Manager for multiple SS4A Vision Zero Safety Action Plans in New Mexico and led the 2021 Navajo Nation LRTP.
Paige’s expertise includes transportation safety planning, grant development, GIS analysis, corridor and feasibility studies, transportation demand management strategies, and mobility hub planning. She is known for her collaborative approach to public and stakeholder engagement, helping communities identify priorities and shape transportation systems that are safer, more equitable, and multimodal.

As Transportation Planning Lead, Paige will guide TYPSA’s planning practice, support strategic growth initiatives, mentor staff, and continue delivering comprehensive planning services that integrate safety, sustainability, and community engagement.
Her addition further strengthens TYPSA’s ability to provide integrated planning and engineering services that align with federal and state priorities while addressing the unique needs of local communities.
